Cancellation Policy

Terms of Payment

  • In order to proceed with the booking, 50% of the total price must be paid. If payment is not made, the shipowner has the right to cancel the request.
  • The second part of the payment is due 15 days before embarkation.
  • Failure to make the second payment will result in the shipowner not proceeding with the charter, and the initial payment will be kept as compensation.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, the client will receive the charter contract, which must be signed and sent by email.
  • If an «option» is not confirmed by payment, it will be cancelled or automatically moved to the queue of options for that particular date.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the event is cancelled by the shipowner (breakdowns and force majeure), the amounts paid by the client up to that moment will be refunded.
  • If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions (a cloudy day does not imply cancellation), an alternative day will be found if possible.
  • If a cancellation is made by the client, the following percentages will be applied to the price/amount initially agreed:
    • More than 1 month before the date of embarkation: 25%.
    • More than 15 days and less than 30 days before the boarding date: 50%.
    • Less than 15 days before boarding date: 100%.
  • Each extra service (e.g. catering, etc.) has its own cancellation policy and the shipowner is not responsible for its procedures.
